School Office
Opening Times
Our School Office is open from 8:30am to 3:45pm, Monday to Friday.

It is closed at weekends and during all school holidays, including half terms and the winter, spring and summer breaks.
Emails
Our administration and teaching teams aim to respond to emails on the day they are received, but this is not always possible.
Â
We commit to replying to all messages within three working days.

The school email inbox is monitored only during school opening hours. Outside these hours, a member of the leadership team may check for messages relating to significant emergencies or safeguarding concerns. General enquiries will not be actioned until the next working day.
The Team
Our School Office team works across the week to make sure families are well supported, and each member has their own working days:

Mrs Becki Davies is our School Business Manager and works Tuesday to Friday.
Mrs Coryn Stanley is our Office Manager and works Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Mrs Meirion Miller is our Finance Manager and works Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Together, they ensure the office runs smoothly — but as each person works part‑time, there may be times when a specific member of the team is not available. We’ll always make sure your query reaches the right person as soon as possible.
