Our school curriculum, launched in September 2023, has been carefully designed by our team with Haslingfield’s children and mixed‑age classes in mind. We may be a small school, but we have big ambitions — and we wanted a curriculum that helps every child thrive and develop a genuine love of learning.

Our aims are to:

• Meet the needs of our children and reflect the structure of our mixed‑age classes

• Provide secure knowledge across all subjects for every child

• Support clear progression of skills in each subject, year by year

• Go beyond the National Curriculum, helping children understand important themes of the 21st‑century world and how these relate to their local community

• Offer opportunities for collaboration, enrichment and a strong sense of belonging across the school
