Payments

Our school is completely cash‑free, which helps keep payments secure, simple and easy for families.

We use a small number of different cashless payment systems, depending on the activity or service, so that each area of school life is managed in the most efficient way.

This means you may use one system for school meals, another for trips and events, and a different one for clubs or wraparound care. Each system is chosen because it best fits the type of payment being made — and while no single platform can do everything, together they allow us to run a fully cashless school smoothly.

If you ever need help with a payment or are unsure which system to use, our office team is always happy to guide you.

School Trips and Events

All payments for school trips, events and Bun Day donations should be made through the MyChildAtSchool parent app. This ensures everything is secure, cash‑free and easy for families to manage.

School Meals and Milk

Please book and pay for all school lunches through the School Grid system.

If you wish for your child to have milk at morning break, please register and pay via Cool Milk (if they are over the age of 5).

Wraparound Care

Our Breakfast Club, Out‑of‑School Club and a number of our after‑school extracurricular activities are run by our PE provider, JS Sports and Education.

All bookings for these sessions are made through their online system, Magic Bookings, which provides a simple and secure way to reserve places.
