Hawthorn Class

Hawthorn Class is home to our Year 3 children and the youngest of our Year 4 cohort. The class is taught by Miss Mayo and supported by our Learning Coach Mrs Baker, who works across the school.

Hawthorn Class enjoys a weekly PE lesson delivered by our specialist sports teachers, JS Sports, giving children regular opportunities to stay active and develop physical skills.

Year 3 and Year 4 children also take part in Forest School once each half term from November through to May, enjoying outdoor learning, teamwork and exploration in our woodland environment.

In the spring term, our Year 3 and Year 4 children experience a school camp, giving them the chance to make lasting memories, build confidence and practise their independence.
